“Steroids for Elementor” requires “Elementor” version 3.9 or greater.

I suppose the first thing to do is disable the carousel plugin and see if that fixes the issue.

GET /wp-content/plugins/wow-carousel-for-divi-lite/includes/modules/ModulesCore/style.css?ver=1.0.3 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)The file isn’t there and doesn’t exist in a fresh install of the plugin. Everything seems to function ok though.
