In reply to: [Plugin: Smart Archives Reloaded] Fancy archive not workingDear Scribu:
Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I installed the development plugin with no success and switched around themes with no success.
What did work was deactivating all plugins, setting Smart Archives Reloaded to “fancy,” activating it, then activating each plugin one by one.
Now everything works and looks great. Thanks again.

In reply to: [Plugin: Smart Archives Reloaded] Fancy archive not workingThanks for this plugin.
I installed it on one of my sites using the “Nature’s Highlight” theme and it looks lovely in FF and IE.
My other site uses the theme “Atahualpa.” When I select “fancy” a tiny gray wheel appears and turns and turns and turns.
Could I have an incompatible theme?
Another difference between the two sites is that the first has less than 100 posts and the second has over 400.
I hope this information helps as you develop this plugin. I look forward to any suggestions you might have.
Sincerely,
Laine

In reply to: All links showing index.php in content divSorry. I didn’t dig enough into the forums. The permalinks fix suggested worked for me. *looks down in shame*

In reply to: Index.php – Empty no contentUpon further research I’ve realized I can’t change the file permissions because of restrictions set by my host. I’ve contacted my hosting service. Thanks,

In reply to: Index.php – Empty no contentCan someone please explain this step posted by Pvarkey two posts prior?
I went through the configuration steps and reconfigured all the permissions on my hosted web server.
I use FileZilla and I tried to change the permissions of my index.php file to 666 but when I look back at it it has reverted back to 000. Should I be using another program?
Thanks in advance,
Laine

In reply to: What is / How do use OpenID?Hi, I just googled looking for the same information and although Google is my friend, today my friend gave me the finger! 😉
I’ve seen a hack by Scatmania but I got scared by this:
“It’s very, very messy and a little buggy. Plus, installing it requires that you hack a few PHP files… use at your own risk.”
Does anyone know of a blessed, easy, or reliable OpenID tool for WP? Thanks in advance for not mocking my fear of risk.
