I’m hoping to avoid the cumbersome task of manually clicking a button in the WordPress backend and selecting an image to match the header image of my article every time I publish an article. Just imagine, if I’m publishing a lot of articles at once, then I’ll have to repeat this process multiple times…
I’m hoping that there could be custom fields in WordPress specifically for the header image of an article, so that developers can create third-party software to enable one-click article publishing (including different feature images and header images) for each published article.
I’m not sure if this request is feasible.
