Hi @agenceamar,
Thanks for reaching out.
You need to install our core If-So plugin as well (the geolocation plugin is an extension):
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/if-so/Hi @agenceamar,
If-So works with all the page builders. You simply create an If-So trigger and paste its shortcode into a text/shortcode/HTML block.
To create content using your page builder (unless you are using Elementor or Gutenberg), you need to create the content on a new page or post, and apply it into the If-So trigger using a shortcode. Please check out this guide for detailed information (including a video):
https://www.if-so.com/display-post-and-pages-using-a-shortcode/Hi @ammonify2025,
Thanks for reaching out.
Did you install and activated the Elementor Integration?
Have you refrashed your page after installing the integration?Hi @spielo,
Yes, it is possible. To create a one-time redirect kindly follow the instructions under the title: “Triggering the conditional redirect once per user” on this page:

Hi Eric,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, it is possible. Please check out our Days Post Registration extension.
Hi @tarkistan,
Do you use a plugin to add the social buttons?
Please attempt to modify the status of the “the_content” filter option within the plugin’s settings and let me know if it resolves the issue.
<span style=”background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(34, 34, 34);”>Hi</span> and thanks for reaching out.
Did you set up dynamic content on this page using If-So?
P<span style=”font-size: inherit;”>lease share screenshots of how you’ve set it up, along with a link to the live page containing the dynamic content.</span>Hi @spielo,
The log file is located at:WORDPRESS_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/if-so/logs/geo_request.logYou can safely delete this file, and a new one will be automatically created.
We’re also adding an option to clear the log directly from the WordPress admin in our next version.
Great:)
I’ll just include a link to the relevant documentation page in case some else is interested in doing the same:
https://www.if-so.com/faq-items/the-geolocation-session-count-doesnt-seem-to-behave-as-expected/You can download the CSV extension once you are logged in to our site.
If you don’t have an account on our site you can you can grab a free-trial license here and an account will be created automatically for you.The integration is free but requires our pro version (it’s written on the page of course).
Hi @atomicbong,
Thanks for reaching out.
It is possible using our CSV extension. Check out the “User Details” conditon.
Could you explain the use case? The loop is happening because the user is being redirected to the same page.
In any case, you can use our ‘Triggering the conditional redirect once per user’ option to avoid this. You can find instructions under that title on our documentation page: https://www.if-so.com/help/documentation/conditional-redirect/
Is your trigger being loaded using Ajax?
The best results can be achieved by loading the trigger without Ajax. That means that if you are using a caching plugin on your site you need to exclude the relevant page from the page cache. No option is perfect, especially in your case where the redirection is likely embedded on several different pages.
Please check out the 3 options under the title “How to create the smoothest redirect possible” on this pageHi @spielo,
Yes. Please check out our “Geolocation Redirect Templates” option. I beleive it’s exectly what you are looking for :

Hi @sfocus,
We’ll need to investigate. Please try submitting a support ticket again. It’s possible there was a temporary issue, as we’ve received several tickets since your last message. If that doesn’t work for any reason, feel free to email us at [email protected].
My apologies for the inconvenience.
