Thanks for your answer, but I don’t know what to say more.
Like I said in my previous messages, the total count of products is not being displayed on my product pages. However it’s enabled in the settings https://snipboard.io/FJApuY.jpgIt’s clearly an issue with the theme, because when I change to a default theme, it displays well as you can see here : https://snipboard.io/ehNKyO.jpg
It’s not a plugin issue, I’ve already disabled all.You can check on my staging site here that it’s not being display with OceanWP on this page : https://shorturl.at/inwDM.

So, I had to hire a developer and pay him of course. It took him 3 hours to find the solution and correct it.
I kept sending messages to the support and gave them all the credentials, they didn’t even run a single test.“Sprout continues to help customers excel in their invoicing needs” … ahah funny !
