In reply to: [Surveys by IgniteFeedback] Shit happens, but then what? You bet! Always happy to help.
Hi Marahman – not quite sure I understand. Could you please call us at: (866) 831-3140
Thanks,
BenHi there,
The robots.txt file is setup to disallow web indexers (like Google, Bing, etc) from crawling the pages of our application – we use our website (www.ignitefeedback.com) for the search engines to show in result pages.
The resource above should still be 100% ok loading for you and your customers – it would only show this messaging if you are looking in Google Webmaster tools.
You can verify the JavaScript code is running properly by opening up the Developer Tools feature in your browser and see if there are any errors. Instructions from Chrome are here:

Let us know if that makes sense!
Thanks,

In reply to: [Surveys by IgniteFeedback] Nice tool but only 25 responses are freeHi there,
Thanks for the feedback – we are always looking to optimize our pricing and offerings to make sure they are a great experience.
In the mean time, we’d like to offer you (or anyone who is interested) access to our enterprise plan if you are willing to participate in our “early access” program.
Please contact us at help(at)ignitefeedback.com for details.
Thanks!
BenPS: 25 results or less may be statistically valid depending on the variance in your data, your desired confidence intervals, and one-tailed or two-tailed analysis 🙂

In reply to: [Surveys by IgniteFeedback] file export capabilities?Hi Luis,
We also do graphic charts – maybe you could give us a call (just ask for Ben) and I can give you some help setting up your survey so the data is structured properly?

Looking forward to connecting!

In reply to: [Surveys by IgniteFeedback] file export capabilities? We do support exporting to Excel.
Are you looking for more of a “destination” type survey experience, or more to capture feedback from visitors on a higher volume site? We are the best fit when you already have a site, but are looking get feedback from visitors (not sending people a link to take survey).
Does that make sense? Happy to clarify further if it would be helpful.
