Hi @gilmourb,
Checking our records it appears that our support team has provided you with a code workaround that’s meant to increase the resolution of Pro Tile thumbnails. Could you please let us know if that didn’t helped as we didn’t get any feedback from you regarding it?

Hi @prk2007,
We are not aware of such a conflict and having both plugins active doesn’t seem to trigger such an issue on our own installation. Are there any specific steps for us to replicate it?
Could you please try to inspect if you are getting this conflict on your site with just NextGen Gallery and Feed Them Social plugins active ( having a theme from the twenty series active )?
Hi @rohitmukati,
This is not a bug but a NextGen Gallery plugin’s requirement. This library is used for the images uploading mechanism.
Please contact your hosting support and ask them enable GD PHP library for your site.
Hi @cpointcc,
First and the most important, please make sure to delete any details from your message because that’s not secure and its against the forum’s rules. Furthermore, make sure you delete the account or at least change it’s password as soon as you can.
As for the z-index problem, you should be able to solve it adding the following CSS rule to your site’s “Dashboard -> Appearance -> Additional CSS”
.galleria-theme-nextgen_pro_horizontal_filmstrip .galleria-playback-button.pause { z-index: 4 !important; }Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Site CacheHi @netsales,
Sorry for the delayed response.
For the free version, let’s try to exclude these JS files:
/wp-content/plugins/pdf-embedder/assets/js/min/all-pdfemb-min.js /wp-content/plugins/pdf-embedder/assets/js/pdfjs/pdf.worker.min.js /wp-content/plugins/pdf-embedder/assets/js/pdfjs/pdf.min.jsIf this wouldn’t work, please contact us directly at https://wp-pdf.com/contact/
Thanks
Feel free to contact our support team directly at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ and we’ll have a look at it for you.
Hi @ph10wens,
That’s not something we’d be aware of. Are you using a NextGen Gallery widget or shortcode in the website’s footer?
Hi @squibs,
Theoretically, this should be possible as NextGen’s structure is modular and you should be able to add your own rewrites to \wp-content\ngg\modules\photocrati-lightbox copying over and customizing the modules from:
nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\lightboxAlternately, you can simply enqueue your own lightbox ( via a plugin let’s say ) and disable NextGen’s from “Other Options -> Lightbox Effects” selecting None for “What lightbox would you like to use?”.
Hi @gigpic,
We are sorry to hear of the problem. Could you please try temporarily deactivating the other plugins then check again to see if Manage Albums will load.
Also, it may worth checking with the hosting provider to see if they can inspect the server’s hardware usage for spikes while accessing Manage Albums – that’d require upgrading your plan with them or migrate to a faster server.
Hi @mmatei ,
Thanks for your reply. Please feel free to create a report of it for our support team at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ and we’ll have a closer look at it.
Hi @mygrove,
Feel free to submit a report for our team at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/
Thanks
Hi @endpoints,
That’s odd as it works just fine for us so perhaps it conflicts with the theme pagination itself. Can you try temporarily switching to a theme from the Twenty series to see if the issue will persist?
Hi @fum,
Feel free to fill in a report for our support team at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ and we’ll have a look at the problem.
Hi @carlomue,
After doing a site+database backup, please feel free to delete the existing NextGen plugin then install the latest version of NextGen Gallery 3.37
Deleting the plugin shouldn’t affect your already existing gallery constructions.
