 * The site doesn’t use any caching plugin tool. We just rely on Godaddy CDN. Is

 * I have done earlier deactivating all the plugins but it doesn’t work. I even 
   tried switching the themes to default but still I’m facing the same issue.

 * I am facing similar issue. but for me the bar stays on step 1 even I’m on step
   3 already. See screenshot below
