The + for spaces and %2B for + are causing the DLT template mismatch and message failures.
Request that they either:
* Remove the URL encoding for the SMS message body when sending to gateways.
* Provide a setting to disable this encoding.
* Ensure that the plugin is fully compatible with DLT regulations for India, which often means sending messages without this type of encoding for the body.
