Well, that was a bad experiment!
I discovered I accidentally added it to the theme’s css file instead of functions.php file. So, removed it from there abd added the code to the right file. See image:
Now, everywhere I look is a blank screen.
The only thing I can view is the functions.php screen editor, only because I hit the back button, but everywhere else, is blank. Even on different browsers.
I tried taking the code back off and saving, but still I get a white screen 🙁
Now I thought I would save an image to show you what I put in the functions file and uploaded it, but I can’t even see the image when I call it up on the browser.
So, what now?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Help with changing the email addy seen in output emailSorry, but none of those instructions makes any sense to me. I’ve already looked at that before and couldn’t understand it.
Can you tell me what code to put in that spot please.Ok, that gave me more confidence to add it.
However it didn’t work.I have no “role manager” plugin. There is only the User section where I see those who have joined, both via wp-members and also myself as admin via wordpress. They all seem to go in that section.
I joined via wp-members as a test user, so I used that login to test whether the code worked. And I have a couple of other test user accounts. All my test user accounts (including wp-members) are assigned as “subscriber”, and I as administrator am listed as admin.
I wonder if there is a different code to use in the “if” section?
In the “Common Options” area was a field for the thank-you message. Sadly, I didn’t notice it.
Never mind, I finally worked it out myself
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Adding My Own Custom SmileyHi.
Any ideas regarding the smiley issue would be wonderful, thanks.
Ok. Got that.
But I now have a strange problem… whenever i try to access your plugin, I get logged out. I was suffering from loop problems in browsers, and the url was endlessly looping. I received an error message in the browser which pointed to your plugin. I can’t even access the settings. The only button I could use was to deactivate.I haven’t touched the plugin since I wrote to you, so there’s nothing I have done.

In reply to: Adding My Own Custom SmileySorry, I forgot about the htaccess hotlink protection. I’ve added ww.wp.xz.cn to the exception list and you should be able to see it now. Let me know if it still doesn’t work
Hi.
I purchased the Cool template. However the video won’t work on iphone.
I noticed a post elsewhere about this issue, about 3 months old, where you said you were working on the issue. I gather that hasn’t been fixed yet?
I can’t use this template with video if it won’t work on devices.
If there is a fix, can you let me know. Otherwise a refund would be in order I believe.
