Regarding the user in question, it was a member of our client’s team who used their PayPal account to perform the test. That user was mistakenly deleted afterwards, once we had confirmed that the trial period configuration was not functioning as expected. For this reason, I am unable to show you the user with an active subscription, and in the payment record it now states “This user no longer exists.” Still, I am sharing the screenshot of the completed payment we were able to retrieve from the system.
