The problem really is that i need to translate not strings at the files of the plugin really. i need translate the dyanmic text in the cookie banner.

So there is not any string to traslante in the files of the plugin. i understand that that text are in BBDD.. ?

The problem is that transposh plugin not have string traslation as well.
is some hook where i can use in my function.php to add this translations as a hardcoded? i can´t change my multilanguage plugin by the moment.
