Please try with other browser to identify the issue. I can’t see error in your log.
Can you please enable the debugging log in the plugin settings?
Check the debug.log generated under the plugin folder after a while to see the details.

Please go to the plugin settings and update your database. It should download the DB3 LITE database. Then, enable the region option in the settings.
