So… the question one has to ask is, did you design those pages uses WPBakery code? Because if so, that would be the number one place to start.
I looked at your site in Inspector View and looked at the Console tab (which shows you javascript).
Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument listIt’s possible some JS is missing, or was broken after a recent upgrade. Have you upgraded WP and all plugins and themes?

When you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, we ask you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

It’s a premium theme, meaning it was purchased by you or your website designer. If you don’t have the license yourself, I would recommend either buying one now and using their support for assistance, or picking a new theme and rebuilding the site.
You’re two minor releases out of date (you’re on v 4.8.77 and the official release is 4.8.79) so it’s possible they already fixed this.

But if these are just HTML and CSS and JS, can you explain what ONE of them does? Maybe we can help you find a solution that isn’t hard-coding in all that.

For trac, you can click the ‘Watch’ button on the trac ticket (it’s near the bottom) to get email alerts. If you need to log in, it’s the same ID/password as you use for the forums.
For github, it handles that for you automatically.
