If so please send the info on the tools tab and perhaps any error you can find in your raw webserver error log

The plugin was removed by WordPress due to the fact that the maxmind databases where auto downloaded.
It could not be back up on the site untill i removed the auto download.

If you can supply a request done by pingdom including user agent I can add this to the plugin.
