As said I do not own the plugin or have access to it so I do not know how it exactly works. So “I am trying to use IQ Country Block with WPML. I don’t have access to WPML as it is a paid plugin.
I would however reckon that you cannot block a series of countries for 1 language and another series of countries for another language. But as said I do not have access to the plugin so I am not able to tell if it would be an easy fix or not.

In reply to: [iQ Block Country] country website redirectI am not sure if I fully understand your question. But you can for instance whitelist their own IP address and block all countries. Only they will be allowed to visit and the rest will be redirected.
I am not sure why you would want that other than perhaps when developing your site.

At the bottom there is a button that says “SIGN UP FOR GEOLITE2”, you need to create an account, confirm that account and you will be able to download the necessary file from your account.
This was a change by MaxMind because of the new consumer privacy act in California
