I just updated the plugin to the most current version and now my Standard payments are working correctly with the IPN. Thanks!

Its at the bottom of the “Payment Gateway & SSL” section of the memberships settings. You can also just click “payment settings” to get there.

It looks like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ipnhandler
