NikolaHello Stefan,
thank you for your efforts. I have already purchased the PRO version, as I received the necessary information from you. I also contacted the Pre-Sales team regarding the invoice in EUR, and I hope they respond quickly.
I have another issue with the plugin and would appreciate it if you could forward it to your colleagues to review the tickets from my email: [email protected].
Wishing you a great week! You may go ahead and close this ticket.
Best regards,
NikolaHi Stefan,
Sorry for writing again before you’ve had a chance to reply to my previous comment, but in addition to your answer regarding my earlier question, I’d like to understand: if it is possible, how can the function be activated so that it works the tiered pricing with the import file without creating a rules for every one product?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
NikolaHello Stefan,
I have just one concern. You mentioned earlier that the product itself needs to have information filled in the product for it to appear in the export file.
That’s fine, but my question is: can I create the same template in advance and manually add all products and their pricing there, and then import it?
I have a lot of products and I can’t set them up one by one just so they appear in your export file.
Do you understand what I mean?
Best regards, Nikola
Hi Stefan,
thank you for your message and for the video – it was very helpful.
I have a 2 final questions:
- Regarding the file you showed in the video – is it possible for me to enter data for each product in column D and then import the file back into the system?
In short, my goal is to have tiered pricing for every single product across my entire website, with the quantity and price information filled manually by me in column D. Is this achievable? If yes, could you please explain the steps I need to follow in order to make this functionality work? Please note that my website uses only Simple products, without variations. - 2. About the invoice – first, how can I contact you through the website, since it requires a purchase code, but I don’t have it yet? My intention is not to pay directly yet, because VAT is being added, and for international purchases VAT should not be charged, as it is handled by my accounting in my country. What I need firstly is a proforma invoice in EUR, without VAT included and аfter you confirm that the payment has been received, I would like you to then issue the official invoice.
If the tiered pricing functionality is possible, based on your reply for point 1, I will proceed with the payment, but you have to explain me how according to point 2.
Best regards, Nikola
Hello Stefan,
thank you for your detailed reply.
1) Regarding this part:
“However, tiered pricing dynamic rules cannot be configured via CSV. You can configure tiered pricing individually on each product by importing it…”
This is exactly what I meant – my plan was to create a percentage-based tiered pricing rule for all products, as you described before and then use B2BKing -> Tools -> Import/Export to upload a pre-prepared file.
However, I encountered an issue, which I’ll explain below:
1.1) I created a test product:
https://demobk2.wpbay.co/product/%d0%b0%d0%b2%d1%82%d0%be%d0%bc%d0%b0%d1%82%d0%b8%d1%87%d0%b5%d0%bd-%d0%bfp%d0%b5%d0%ba%d1%8a%d1%81%d0%b2%d0%b0%d1%87-e%d0%b0sy9-25%d0%b0-3p-6%d0%ba%d0%b0-%d0%ba%d1%80%d0%b8%d0%b2%d0%b0-c-ez9f35325/
1.2) I created a rule:
https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOVIYNnrkWj
1.3) Then I exported the Price List to see how exactly the pricing conditions are stored, so I could apply them to more products and import the file back. Unfortunately, nothing from your pricing configuration was exported into the file:
https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOVIYdnrkRRs
So I’m currently unable to replicate the setup via import.
2) When do you plan to support rules based on attributes?
All my product brands are uploaded via API and stored in a custom attribute called “Brand”, not under Products -> Brands, so this functionality would be very helpful.
3) Is it possible to remove VAT from the purchase since this is an international transaction?
Also, can you issue an invoice in EUR? That would make accounting much easier in my country.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
NikolaHi Stefan,
I’m just writing to follow up on my previous message, as it’s been 3 days and I haven’t received a response yet.
Whenever you have a moment, I’d really appreciate your attention.
Thank you in advance and have a great day!
Best regards, Nikola
Hello Stefan,
Thank you for the detailed information. I have a few questions regarding your points:
(1) To set up % based tiered pricing, capped at 25%:
I have many categories on my website and I definitely do not want this to apply to all products. When I first saw the demo, I noticed that in the .csv file each product can be individually configured with specific quantity levels and corresponding discount percentages. Is this applicable to this point?
If yes, please explain it again in detail, because it is very important for me. In other words, under this point, what exactly do I need to set up in order to control quantities and discounts for all products through the .csv file?(2) To override this discount for a specific group and brand:
In your screenshot, I cannot see exactly where this specific group or brand is defined. Is this section only for setting conditions, and are brands, categories, etc. managed elsewhere?
In that regard, for this condition here, can the same requirement from the previous point be applied – namely, to adjust everything via the .csv file?(3) For a $25 minimum order value for all customers and free shipping over $500:
In relation to the previous points, what should be the priority of these two conditions so that they apply to everyone?(4) The fourth point is of lower priority. My main goal is to understand whether I can achieve what I want using your plugin. After you answer that, I would also like to ask if you offer a refund option. I know it’s best to test everything on my staging site before moving to the live one, but just in case something doesn’t work as expected, is a refund possible? The amount is not small, so I’m asking just to be sure.
Best regards,
NikolaHello, I just noticed today that there’s a “Resolved” checkbox on the ticket, and I may have accidentally clicked it when I was posting my previous response.
I’m not sure if my previous comment reached you, so I’m writing this post to make sure you receive an email confirming that I’ve responded.
Hi Stefan,
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. After reviewing the options, I can confirm that Option 2 fits my business needs better. I am also more inclined toward the Pro version, mainly because it supports tiered pricing, which is very important for my pricing strategy.
I would kindly ask for your assistance with the following scenarios, as I was unable to fully test them in the demo version and currently do not have the time to configure everything myself. If you could set this up in the demo, I would then be able to replicate it on my end. Please see the requested setup below:
- Please create a customer group named “Loyal Group” in the demo version.
- Please create a tiered pricing rule for all products and groups using percentage-based discounts, and provide an example with one product (the quantities and discount levels can be arbitrary, just for testing purposes), with a maximum discount capped at 25%.
- Please create a brand named “Schneider Electric”, and then create a condition such that if a customer from the “Loyal Group” purchases a product from this brand, they always receive a 30% discount, regardless of the tiered pricing.
- Please create a rule for a minimum order value of €25, applicable to all customers.
- Please create a rule for free shipping on all orders above €500.
Additionally, I would like to ask whether it is possible to use the plugin functionality on the customer side, allowing clients to export and import their orders from their carts using Quick Orders via CSV upload. If this is not possible on the customer side, I would really appreciate it if you could show me how this functionality works in the admin area, as I was unable to locate it myself. The plugin offers an impressive number of features, so it’s possible I may have missed it.
If all of the above scenarios work as expected, I will most likely proceed with purchasing a lifetime license.
Thank you very much in advance for your time and support — I truly appreciate your assistance.
Kind regards, Nikola
Hi Stanimir,
Thank you for the update. I have already completed the steps you mentioned and will now wait for feedback from the dev team.
Best regards, Nikola
Update: While waiting, I decided to experiment a bit with the styling and it turned out very well. I’m attaching my full
.csscode here:
https://pastebin.com/WJTwqh4YI’m also attaching two screenshots so you can see the result from the modified
.cssfile:The only thing that might make it look even better is reducing the width of the Quantity and Price columns. Could you please help me with that? Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
NikolaHello,
Thank you for your assistance and the detailed instructions.
I have checked the setting, tested the changes, and everything is working correctly. The SKU option is no longer displayed as expected.
From my side, everything is fine and you can go ahead and close the ticket.
Thank you again for the quick support!

Hi @alexmigf
Thank you for information. You can close ticket.
ank you for your response.
Hi, regarding the “Staging site,” do I need to create an administrator account in the main WordPress installation so that you can access the staging site?
I am also attaching a screenshot with the settings you requested: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTXOjjnqxEu
I am also attaching the WooCommerce status: https://pastebin.com/YUggC097 - Regarding the file you showed in the video – is it possible for me to enter data for each product in column D and then import the file back into the system?
