Hello @tanvir101 ,
Appreciate your prompt response regarding this matter. I have tried deactivating all other plugins and just activating WP ERP, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Creating other admins also didn’t help. But fortunately, after deleting the plugin and reactivating it, it did the job. Not sure what the actual problem was, but thanks for the suggestion. Issue is now resolved.
Here is the link to the file that I imported: https://tutorklik.my/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Cikgu-Surayya-1-Copy.xlsx
Do note that I converted it to .xlsx to upload it to WordPress. The original file format is in .csv.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce orders not showing upHello @bisratlearn ,
Thanks for the prompt reply. As per your suggestion, here is what I have done so far:
- I have downloaded WooCommerce sample file, edited it, and tried importing it but to no avail.
- I have updated all themes and plugins, even the WordPress version and WooCommerce database.
- I have disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and the plugin that I use to import the orders, but it’s still not working like how it used to.
- I’m currently accessing the website as a super admin.
Previously, I used the plugin Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce by WebToffee. It was working great since end of last year. Just not sure what’s the issue recently.

So far, there are no fatal error logs that I found.
Thanks for responding @yordansoares
I’ve tried the method you advised, and it works. Just that after I disabled the Test Mode, the invoice would revert back to the old one, which isn’t the best outcome. I was wondering if there’s another way to make a more permanent outcome before regenerating a newer invoice.
Thanks.
