Hi,

Thanks for the reply – I checked that the Firewall Status did say “Enabled and Protecting” which it was. I also put the firewall on learning mode for a week and have checked today – it’s now back to “Enabled and Protecting” but the score is still 20%. Is there anything else I can do?
