 * Disregard. These forums work WAY to slow to be of use here.
 * The issue was that for some reason the config.php file was defaulting the collation
   of the MySQL as utf8mb4 in stead of just utf8. I resolved the issue by deleting
   the database, changing the config file and uploading it before running the “install”.
