when Seamless Donations send your guest to paypal it does ask for a login but if you look to the left of the login box you will see the following:
Don’t have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue
The continue is a hyperlink and when you click on it the Seamless Donation fills in most of guest info from the form. Hope this helps.
I have been trying to figure out how to skip this step but I believe this will get you a step further.
