Thanks for getting back to me. The only way that I could get the ad to show up was via the iframe. I tried just inserting <ins> code from Google Ad Manager for the first ad in rotation on block 1, and it is not showing up. Is there a way to make that code work?
As for the scaling on mobile issue, I don’t have access to the Google Ad Manager account where these ads were created, as the ad code was provided by a 3rd party. Can I set up separate ads to appear on separate device types, and just change the dimensions in the ad code I was given? Or do new ads for each device type size need to be set up in Google Ad Manager?
I am using Block 1. The ads are being inserted “Before Content.” I am rotating between three masthead ads.
