Marcus, this is exactly what i am trying to do as well but using that seems to restrict it to that category only. Somehow ignores !

Thank you for your response and that is what I am using for the homepage but for the location calendars I wish for the time to appear blocked out. i.e. to indicate that there is something happening then but we don’t show any details for it when it is marked as private.
