I managed to do this. I added two emails in each location separated with comma.

Hi,

My client has a restaurant with two locations. If the booking is made for location 1 then he wants to get notification to location 1 email and the admin email notification too, location 2 to location 2 email and admnin notification…

Yes, I was able to resolve. Tried actually delete the topic but didn’t see the option to do that.
