I had the same error on a high-traffic website. All shipping zones, about 25 zones, configured with Advanced Flat Rate Shipping in its latest PRO version disappeared. The culprit, WooCommerce, broke all the configured zones in the new 9.8.1 version. I was able to temporarily fix it by rolling back to version 9.7.1.
Is there a more stable solution that allows WooCommerce to stay up-to-date without issues?
