Hi, Thank you for your quick response. I was able to resolve this issue, as suggested by you. I saved the recipe again, and updated the post. I am able to see the rating star in the recipe card, and also the status of the post changed from draft to published.
Yes, I use a template to write posts, and it has the WPRM recipe included. I will remove the recipe from the template.
