I just tested it with a WordPress standard theme, and yes, it seems like a conflict with my Kadence theme. I already contacted them. However, I was wondering if you experience the same issue when testing Kadence theme? So I think it’s some kind of incompatibility (that maybe is new) … and since many people are using Kadence, maybe you can test it as well?

So I just made the effort and transferred the Podcasts from Posts zu Episodes. However, still no change at the front page.
And on another website (same setup with Kadence theme – even when I temporarily switched to another theme) it’s exactly the same issue.

sorry for my late reply. I don’t use “Podcasts -> Episodes” but Posts (WordPress default). Maybe this is the reason?

Update: Ok, now I finally managed to create a standalone staging site from my Multisite. I switched to two other themes (one being the latest standard WordPress theme twenty twentyfive), but the problem still remains. So it’s not the theme that causes this issue either.

About my second question: “Is it possible to show the title of the current episode, not just the podcast title on the Castos Player for “Current episode”?”
What I mean is currently the embedded block displaying Current episode is showing the general title of my podcast instead of the specific title of the “current” episode. I’d rather show the specific title of the latest episode.

What I mean is exactly this: There is an episode assigned to him, and still it’s not being displayed. I sent some screenshots to Castos to show exactly this.
