As for the theme, it’s a paid theme, from http://uuatheme.org/ I still have the problem when I switch to the themes that came with WordPress, however.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Top menu disappears from certain pagesThat’s because I found the problem, another plugin was interfering with it. Unfortunately, in rooting out the issue, I messed something else up. None of it is Mega Menu’s fault. The bottom menu is now messed up. The theme only supports one menu, but I had managed to make it support both of them, but can’t remember how.
