I’m pretty certain I’ve got it in the right place. I have double checked several times. I also tried doing the upload method through my root file on Blue Host but that didn’t seem to work either! And have installed and activated (separately) two wp plugins meant to help but they didn’t work either!
I think you’re right. I’m going to try Pinterest support.
