In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Empty Database FileOK, I found the answer here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/backup-of-the-database-fails/
The issue was Safari’s open safe files on download setting.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Empty Database FileI just did a fresh install on a development site, did a database backup and the file also has no content in it. Just the same data as above. How can this plugin be usable when it doesn’t actually back up the database?

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Empty Database FileI didn’t actually restore it because the file didn’t have any data to restore. I’ve copied the file contents to pastebin here https://pastebin.com/ReMuQTWd
If you’re using WooCommerce, the orders need to be set to completed before the entries show in Smart Forms. I had this concern too.

In reply to: [WP Popups - WordPress Popup builder] Unable to adjust mobile sizing via cssBut it needs to be at the bottom right. There’s no way to do change the size for mobile if it’s not centered?

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] Scrolling not workingUnfortunately it won’t let me change it. Perhaps the plugin author can.

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] Scrolling not workingUpdate: This is now a bug report.
The plugin works perfectly with twentysixteen-child, but with the identical settings and template on a twentytwenty-child theme, it:
– adds the hash when set not to
– won’t navigate to an a-tag anchor at all
– when set to scroll to a div id, the scrolling isn’t smooth. It jitters on Safari and jumps on Chrome, regardless of animation setting.I’m reverting to twentysixteen-child for this project now, because I have a tight deadline and need to get the site functional. I hope that this will get resolved, so we can use the plugin with modern themes.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Page scroll to id] Scrolling not workingAdditionally, it’s not highlighting the different menu items as I scroll manually to different sections, and it’s adding the hash to the url even though it is set not to. Something is buggy. I’m using a twentytwenty child theme. Not sure if that makes a difference. There are no plugin conflicts.

In reply to: [Post Expiration Date] Bug report: timezone issueI need to amend my comment above. I am on Pacific time.
When setting the expiry date, it appears to be going by UTC (if I set it any earlier than 7 hours ahead of the current time, it auto-drafts the post).
The posts actually expire on EST (3 hours ahead of when scheduled for).
Is there any way to get this sorted so it is all in the correct time zone? I can’t send it to a client this way.

In reply to: [Post Expiration Date] Bug report: timezone issueI’d like to confirm this. I am on Pacific Time, and it is expiring posts at UTC, not my WordPress Installation’s time zone.
