I am having the same problem-I’ve updated and tried switching themes. Not functioning-only widget menu appears in the theme customizer.
Thank you Annie for the reply. I assumed it might be either a theme issue or an upgrade to premium issue but thought I’d try. Thanks also for the recommendation to switch to the OceanWP theme. I’ll take a look at it; as much as I like the layout of the Hestia theme I’m finding a number of small functionality issues that eat too much time trying to force to say it’s a positive experience overall.
