FYI, I disabled all the other JetPack products and then tried reactivating JetPack. Seems to work (at least for now); I’m thinking it might be a handshake with JetPack Boost (1.7.0), but that’s just a guess.
I’m having the same kind of issue. Site works for the outside world, but with JetPack 11.8 installed, I can’t log in. When I disable Jetpack 11.8 from CPanel/Softaculous, I’m able to log in again. Unfortunately, I don’t have an old version of JetPack.
