Hi,
Thanks for your reply but I’m not sure I understand it because I’m not really familiar with hooks. From what I understand, I put this hook in the function.php of my child theme and then… I don’t know what dynamic variable I have to use in my title and meta description now. Could you explain to me a little more how to use this hook, please?
