Thank you James. I thought I might need to contact the host but I hoped someome more experienced might have a different answer.
I have already looked in the add-ons and each one is different thus I assumed I need to update each separately (10 in all).
Am I also correct to think I also need to update the main WordPress installation of which the add-ons are a part? I think I will have to but maybe you know differently.

Thanks, but this is something that has just happened. Everything was running happily and then it all changed. I suspect this might be due to an upgrade/incompatibility or whatever. I just need a hint as to how to diagnose this issue or who has experienced of this issue in the past and sorted it 🙂
