JaneHi Aswin, I just clicked the link I sent you while logged out and the name is then correct on the profile, but when I am logged in as admin whatever user I click view profile on is showing me test first name last name on the profile. Thanks Jane
Hi Aswin, thank you for such a quick response when I add a user on it is linking then to the wron profile this is an example this user has been added on under name Jane niov 20 2022 first name Janenov 20 2022 last name but when you click on the profile it says test first name last name on the profile yet the address bar is correct as you can see below.

All users being added are linking to that profile which is causing us massive problems, can you help please?Hi,
I have solved some of the problems and now I am only having problems with one particular role when I add a new customer from the backend that does not link to the correct profile.
However when I add a user via my auction register form as a customer that works perfectly.

JaneHi Miss Veronica, I am working through the plugins turning them off and seeing if it resoves the problem and so far none of them seem to be causing the problem, I have therefore tried turning off ultimate member, it then doesn’t allow me to add a user in the backend it says error passwords don’t match which doesn’t make sense as there is only one password field.
So it seems l that ultimate member is causing the problem?When ultimate member is turned on the address bar is showing the correct new user name but the profie on the frontend is showing the incorrect profile.

Thaan you for taking the time to reply. In the backend of the website I go to
users > add new
when I add a user there are three status columns Approved Pending Review Approved
As you will see the middle column says pending review, this should change to approved once I have approved the user,
The problem I have is when I am logged in and adding users from the backend I also have to go into view profile and authorise the new user there too, here is an exaampleusername test 3 oct 9th
Edit | Delete | Send password reset | View profile | Deny | Pending | View | Deny
test 3 first name test 3 last name [email protected] Vendor 0 Approved Pending Review Approved – October 9 2022 , 03:29 PM 0when I go into view profile this is the name on the profile test first name test last name
As yu can see it doesn’t match it is the wrong profile, this is why the column above stays as pending vendor
it is linking the profile to me logged in as a user adding a new user in via the backend, but it should be creating a new profile to match the new user that is being added.

JaneHi, can you also tell me how to reactivate expired listing, it says that that feature is available but when I try to do it by changing the date in edit product it still shows as expired on the front end.

With the dynamic pricing it is not the plug in. I have a product feed in csv format on the product feed the supplier has done java code which they say is meant to go in the price field so if they change the price on their website it automatically changes it on mine. I have tried putting it in the price field but it doesn’t allow it.
