“Enable .. override” is on in the theme options. Blog post summary default is “Text”. Have a look at the link I attached in my first message in this thread or this link http://chanialand.gr/index.php/chanialand-gallery/ .

hi,
I don’t need to stick to square thumbnails but I haven’t found a way to change this either. the thumbnails ratio appears to be overridden by the theme(?). most of the photos are not square. cutting them square defeats the purpose. I will try it but even if it works I still need to be able to upload photos with any ratio. Is there no way to change the thumbnails instead of square to something different ? or have them generate thumbnails with proportional cropping instead.

hi thank you, I tried with a larger resolution. Most of them however are not square. I tried 1200×800. And they are landscape.
