I went through the steps to get it connected.
I don’t want it showing as a widget, I’d like it in the center of the page (I’ve created a separate WP page for the signup form).
If you can show me how to embed the form in the page so it appears in the center, I’d really appreciate it.

I installed the Mailchimp form onto my site, and it says it is installed correctly, but I can’t find it anywhere on my site. I created a separate signup page for the form, and ideally the form would go there.
I have no idea why it doesn’t appear anywhere on the site:
