 * Thanks for your response. De-activating/Activating the plugin resolved the issue.
   It happened after doing a build and deploy of the image. So I guess the plugin
   needed to diagnose the web server again?

 * I’m also having problems..
 * when I click on the image and look in the console I get the following message:
   
   _resource interpreted as document but transferred with mime type image/png
 * not sure if that’s related to the problem

 * I had the same problem. Rolled back to 3.3 and it’s working.
