 * We signed up three weeks ago, and still have “You’ll soon be able to send once
   our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your
   authorized emails.” on the mailing dashboard. We have verified the account several
   times following the suggestions in this thread.
 * We’ve receive “MailPoet is now sending your emails,” notification, but the sending/
   schedule button is still inactive.
 * Please advise.
