 * Thanks for your assistance.
 * Just wanted to let you know that the campaign is now working correctly — even**
   outside incognito mode**. I tested it using the **Live Site Inspector**, and 
   yesterday all display rule conditions were marked as fulfilled (green checkmarks),
   but the popup still didn’t show up.
 * Today, under exactly the same conditions, the campaign displays properly and 
   works as expected. I haven’t changed anything critical in the settings, so I 
   assume it may have been a temporary issue with initialization or caching.
 * In any case — all good now. Thanks again!
