ZOOM–. When chrome is zoomed out, -100%, the iframe loads black.But now, I do not know what is the possible solution…

Chrome browser: black screen
FireFox browser: black screen
Internet explorer: blacl screenBut on my mobile device is working fine (safari and chrome browser)
I reduced 360 image size in Mb and cleared the cache browser…and nothing, it show black screen
¿? do you have any idea please?
