Yes, for a test like the one you shared, where the final result changes based on the user’s answers, you would need the Premium version with the Business license or higher.

The kind of setup in your example matches an outcome quiz. Formidable’s Quiz Maker add-on can automatically score quizzes and show different results based on the outcome, and that add-on is available with the Business license or above.

To resolve this:

1. Go the form editor.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Customize HTML.
4. Scroll dow to the bottom and delete all the content of the Submit Button box.
5. Click on update and try again.

To rule if there is any issue with your current theme. Please do the following:

1. Go to the form editor.
2. Click on on the Preview button and select On Blank page
3. Copy and paste that URL to your phone
4. Test if the issue persist on tha URL.

I escalated this topic to our dev lead. He shared the following:

SC 1.3.1 – I created a new issue to resolved this on our end.

SC 1.3.5 – For email fields, setting the autocomplete attribute is a Pro setting. They can set this manually by updating their [input] shortcode in their custom HTML as well in Lite. As for name fields, I’m bringing it up in a discussion with the rest of the leadership team. In Pro, you can set name field autocomplete options in Text fields or use [input] shortcodes manually in Lite.

SC 1.4.1, SC 1.4.3, SC 1.4.11 – I’m pretty aware of our contrast errors. This should be possible to fix by customizing their style, but we should consider more accessible defaults or an accessible style template.

SC 3.3.2, SC 3.3.3 – Yeah, this is mostly up to the customer to customize themselves at the moment. Since the formats are often manually entered and can be pretty complex (using any regex), it’s tough to really address this universally.

Our dev team shared the following:

 It just looks like it’s querying for entry data for specific post IDs. They’re likely loading data for many entries that have an associated post – from using a Create Post action.

These queries should all be possible to cache so they don’t happen on every page load. If they could set up object caching, it would make a big difference.

You can reach out to ghosting support team and ask about setting up an object caching service for your website.

Thank you for confirming this. Currently, there is not built-in way to do this. Having said this there are two ways i can think of how this can be done:

1. Use custom code to load all the custom post, post and pages titles into a dropdown field.
2. Export all the custom post titles into a CSV and import those values into a dropdown field.
