Just wanted to add my thanks to this thread. I too use WPEngine and requesting the /account/ page to be whitelisted did the trick.

I agree – the nag message is stuck, even when clicking Dismiss. Please update soon. Also, doesn’t seem we can drag-and-drop to set the menu order any longer. Can this be restored? Thanks for the great plugin!
