I have no idea! Since we last spoke about this I tried a couple times to connect with bluehost support but always got interupted by life ( two small kids) and never got anywhere. I left it alone for a week and randomly checked again and it magically worked.
Thanks again for your help. I wish I could tell you how it was resolved but literally changed nothing.
Yes, the refresh token is there. I’m in a support chat with bluehost now so hopefully they can find the culprit. Will keep you posted. Thanks again for your efforts!
Bluehost is my provider. I’m very new to all this and am not sure how to check or even who/what to ask for. I really hope it’s not something they are doing to block this as I’ve signed up for a long term contract with them.
