In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] White page of plugin death?Thank you.
I’ve asked elegant for an answer in the support forum. The problem was mentioned almost a month ago and I guess I’m lost in Zombia, the place one exists when two developers are involved. I’ll try to get it working on another theme and then return to divi. Or create another theme.
Anyway, thanks for your replies!

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Plug in code changed/I have absolutely no clue what has happened. I’ve been on line with the providers helpdesk, uses meteor on three different sites/hosting providers and all worked well on those sites. I uninstalled and re-installed the plug-in, to no avail.
Then I decided to uninstall all plug-ins, and suddenly the sliders were back again. Testing one after another to see which one would break te sliders and none of them did. It’s up and running (Touching wood now).Thanks for your support!

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Plug in code changed/Nope, I’ve been on the road for a while and it didn’t solve itself by magic 🙁
I have two examples: http://www.brocantelinnen.nl/ (slider: front) and http://www.brocantelinnen.nl/kristal/ (slider:kristal).
Looking at the code I can see it’s hidden. No idea how I can make that visible, whcih probably would solve it.
‘ [meteor_slideshow slideshow=”kristal”]
In the source code (I added the — here)
‘<div class=”meteor-clip”>
<——> img style=”visibility: hidden;” <——— class=”meteor-shim” src=”http://www.brocantelinnen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/2015-06-02-12.28.40-800×600.jpg” alt=”” />
<div class=”mslide mslide-1″>So, two questions;
How did it go to hidden?
How do i fix it in the site set-up?
(And a third: How did it happen…)Thanks Josh!

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Plug in code changed/From the site source code
‘<div class=”meteor-clip”>
<img style=”visibility: hidden;” class=”meteor-shim” src=”http://www.brocantelinnen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/2015-07-27-12.19.38-800×600.jpg” alt=”” />
<div class=”mslide mslide-1″> ‘
I’ve tried to locate this in the several *.css but I can’t find that. I use a modified theme and the custom-css plug-in. The slider (front) is added to the page in the theme options section, although I have also tried php.
In short: I’m lost.

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Plug in code changed/Thanks, that issue probably resulted from having a white page of death, leaving me to edit a page through my ftp-client. It’s working OK again.
I’ll dive into the brocantelinnen.nl to see if anything like that has happened but there it’s on several sliders on different pages.
Could it be that the new update cycli has led to a strict adherence to rules? What is the shortcode for mutliple shows like ‘alpha’ and ‘beta’ on two different pages. I used ‘[meteor_slideshow(alpha)]’ which used to work, my client used “” instead of () and on your site you name ‘[meteor_slideshow slideshow=”robots”]’
Could you please clarify that?
Thanks for your speedy reply on the first matter!

In reply to: [Meteor Slides] Plug in code changed/I checked: The one that works is version 1.5.3 on ‘$wp_version = ‘4.1.6″
The other ones use 1.5.4 on ‘$wp_version = ‘4.2.3’;’

In reply to: problems with since my site was updated to new version 4.2.3Some more fooling around: At one site (where I had to de-activate all plug-ins) the meteor now is not a slider but a set of jpegs, one under the other. http://www.johnpeter.eu
At another site the meteor sliders are hidden. (www.brocantelinnen.nl)
In the inspector I noticed something was programmed to be hidden so I’m in fear there’s some serious coding needed. (I could see the pictures through the links in the source page (ctrl-U) so that’s a weird thing.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: problems with since my site was updated to new version 4.2.3Same here. Some of my sites suddenly seem to have zero plug-ins, another one stopped meteor-sliders. One of my sites was so f’d-up, I had to restart with all plugins “deleted” (Well, I just added some chars in front of the foldername).
Hope we can find the solution soon!

In reply to: Semi-solved: Cannot add admin-users since BB install?Problem 1 detected: Advanced Acces Manager was activated but not configured. When de-activated I could add another administrator. Didn’t really need AAM anymore so I’ll delete it. Solved I guess.
But..
I have re-installed BBpress.
When adding a user I now have the 5 standard roles but no longer the BB-roles I saw with the plug de-installed. Now this site is in a dutch backend as this is sometimes easier for the editors. Maybe that’s causing it.For now I’ll call it solved but I might have to re-open it, so I just change the title for now/ Cheers,JP

In reply to: Semi-solved: Cannot add admin-users since BB install?I changed one of my test-ID from editor to keymaster, logged in with another browser and got refused. I then changed the ID’s role back to editor amd it’s OK again. But still no administrator role option.
