This worked for me:
I added a new folder named ‘2018’ in the following ‘attachments’ folder:
/your_domain.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/attachments/2018
It seems like the plugin doesn’t create a new folder for this year automatically. After adding the folder it works just fine!
