The problem is that previously approved comments are housed with new spam comments. This is an easy mistake. Need to seperate new incoming comments from previously approved commments otherwise your customers will continue to have this problem. JT ([email protected])
I need to undelete a comment as well. I’m surprised that new and unapproved or reviewed comments are housed in the same place as previously approved comments. This is a design flaw. I was mass deleting spam comments and accidentally deleted legitimate comments. Now I can’t recover these comments and can’t locate the email trail since these commments were approved many months ago. Also, I editing the approved comments as well. Seems to me that you either need an undelete feature or you need a better mechanism for seperating new spam comments from previously approved comments.
