Only thing here is, it’s in the woo commerce config the fields are added, I can edit the config, perhaps anything else I can try.

I’m the site admin and never got any mails, where can I get / access it? Then I can forward it to you.
Also, something else I picked up is, mails are sent intermittently once a user submitted the form, checked with my host and couldn’t find any issues.
Isn’t there like a cache clearing plugin that I can make use of as people are un-educated, they don’t always read and follow steps.

Where should I get that report, then I will send it to you.
Two why’s the user does it, either goes back (and refresh) or once the form has been submitted, ho back to the main page and click on new learner again.

Okay, so by twice I mean there is a new learner and a current learner form, so if the user submits the new user form and go back to the main page and submit the new learner form again their getting this error : https://lollapot.co.za/errors/form.JPG
You can submit the form yourself and see, I will just delete it on my side.

I have a follow up question on this.
I followed the steps and it worked but it displays on the page. Can I post the website link here or do I need to email you the link?
Another question, on the slider on the home page, there is text displayed, how can I remove the text to only show the image?
What i did was I added the “featured image” on new posts and catagorized them as slider, was that the incorrect way to do it?
