So I found the problem. Your text domain woocommerce-advanced-shipment-tracking was not used correctly in the templates. Instead you were using woocommerce-shipment-tracking.
After changing it to the correct one, the translation worked fine.
If you want, I can send you the new files. I’d be glad to contribute. Furthermore I could also provide the german translation.

thank you for the replay. Clearing the cache did not help. I went to change the emails-styles.php which fixed my problem.
